Greetings to all SCTC trail volunteers,
It's just around the corner, so please RSVP now for the Sonoma County Trails
Council's 2015 Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner at the Sebastopol
Grange, Thursday, November 19th at 6pm.
Volunteers will need to be or become a Sonoma County Trails Council Members to attend our Annual Meeting and Celebratory Dinner...
*Membership sign-up can be done through our website under the "Take
Action" tab at: www.sonomacountytrailscouncil.org or you can join at the
event on November 19th.
The Dinner...this is a night that our members always look forward to;
we'll have food, drink, the door prize drawing (with dozens of donated
items), an ongoing slide show of last year's projects, a meet-and-greet
of old and new friends, a brief annual report from Ken Wells, the
Executive Director, and an election of our 2016 Board of Directors.
It's an exciting time to be a member of the Trails Council because we're
growing in the number of participants, in equipment acquisitions, and in
the scope of projects we're working on in our parks.
As a Trails Council member, you will have the opportunity to vote on the Trails
Council Board of Directors, the individuals that meet monthly to discuss
and direct the Trails Council's course of action. If you are interested
in serving on the Board, contact Ken Wells at firstname.lastname@example.org
for more information. The election for our 2016 Board of Directors will be held at this annual Sonoma County Trails Council general membership meeting and dinner on November 19th, 2015.
Because we are anticipating a robust turnout, we have secured a larger
venue: the Sebastopol Grange at 6000 Sebastopol Ave. (on Hwy 12, on the
Santa Rosa side of the Chevron Station.) To avoid a wait at the front
door, please purchase your membership on-line by November 17th. You will find several membership options to choose from on the Sonoma County Trails Council website under the "Take Action" tab: www.sonomacountytrailscouncil.org
We sincerely look forward to seeing you at our Annual Membership Meeting
and Dinner at 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 19th at the Sebastopol
Grange, 6000 Sebastopol Ave., on Hwy 12.
Please RSVP to email@example.com if you plan to attend so we can
make sure we have enough food and drink for all.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
Ken Wells, Executive Director
Sonoma County Trails Council
