Saturday 3/11/17: Oakmont Trail Project (six hours)

  • 6000 Stone Bridge Road Santa Rosa, CA, 95409 United States (map)

trail work volunteers -

After wet conditions delayed our planned Oakmont trail project in December, January and February, cross your fingers and we'll try again on Saturday, March 11 from 9am to about 3pm.

Meet us at 9am at the Oakmont Village community garden at ~6000 Stone Bridge Road.

Directions: From Hwy 12, take Oakmont Drive, and turn right on Stone Bridge Road.  The trail work meeting location is on Stone Bridge Road about a mile north of Oakmont Drive.

Look for the white SCTC tool trailer. We will provide tools, snacks, beverages and Oakmont will throw a pizza party afterwards as a thank you to the volunteers.

Bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working, and wear long pants, boots or sturdy shoes.

No experience necessary - we have tools and trained crew leaders with tasks for all strengths and sizes of volunteers.

*** If you have a wheelbarrow, that would be helpful to bring. ***

Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

In order to make sure we have enough tools, snacks, beverages and pizza please reply to if you plan to attend.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
