Greetings trail work volunteers -
Join the Trails Council and other Jack London State Historic Park
volunteers to continue work on the new ADA trail on Monday, May 15 and
Thursday, May 18 from 9am to about 1pm. If you haven't had a chance to
help yet, here's another opportunity to help build a precision trail.
Meet us at 9am at the upper parking lot at Jack London SHP at the
top/end of London Ranch Road, off of Arnold Dr. in Glen Ellen. (if
someone's at the entry booth, tell them you are a volunteer for trail
work). Look for the white SCTC tool trailer.
We will provide parking passes, tools and Clif bars with beverages and
Bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working,
and wear long pants, boots or sturdy shoes and sunscreen.
No experience necessary - we have tools and trained crew leaders with
tasks for all strengths and sizes of volunteers. Those under 18 years
old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
In order to make sure we have enough tools, snacks and after-work
beverages reply to firstname.lastname@example.org if you plan to attend.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
