Greetings trail volunteers -
Please join us on Sunday, May 1, for the next Sonoma County Trails Council volunteer trail work day at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. From 9am to about 1pm we will be repairing Meadow Trail, near the Observatory.
Rain on Sunday cancels the work day.
We will meet at 9am at the Sugarloaf Ridge State Park white barn parking area, at the east end of Adobe Canyon Road, ~1/2 mile past the entry kiosk (if someone's there, tell them you are a volunteer for trail work) - and find us at the white Trails Council tool trailer.
We will provide parking passes, tools and Clif bars with beverages and snacks
Please bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working,
and wear long pants, boots or hiking shoes and sunscreen.
No experience necessary - we have tools and trained crew leaders with
tasks for all strengths and sizes of volunteers.
In order to make sure we have enough tools and after-work beverages
please reply to firstname.lastname@example.org if you plan to attend.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
Ken Wells, Executive Director
Sonoma County Trails Council
