Greetings Sonoma County trail lovers,
It's only two weeks until the Sonoma County Trails Council's 50th Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner at the Santa Rosa Scottish Rite Center on Hwy 12 in east Santa Rosa, Thursday, November 16th, 6pm.
The Annual Meeting and Dinner is free to Trails Council members* and you must be a member to attend.
*Membership sign-up can be done through our website:
or you can join on-site at the event on November 16th.
Already a member? Renew now and we'll extend your membership a year.
The Dinner...this is a night that our members always look forward to; we'll have food from Pasta King, drinks from Lagunitas and Guayaki, the famous door prize drawing, an ongoing slide show of last year's projects, a meet-and-greet of old and new friends, a brief annual report from Ken Wells, the Executive Director, with special guest speakers and the election of our 2018 Board of Directors. This will be an extraordinary event, marking 50 years of volunteer work on Sonoma County trails!
Because we are anticipating a large turnout, we have secured a large venue: the Santa Rosa Scottish Rite Center at 600 Acacia Lane (on Sonoma Hwy, in east Santa Rosa).
To avoid a wait at the front door, please purchase your membership on-line by Monday, November 13th: http://www.sonomacountytrailscouncil.org/membership/
We sincerely look forward to seeing you at our Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner at 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 16th at the Santa Rosa Scottish Rite Center at 600 Acacia Lane, on Sonoma Hwy/Hwy 12 in Santa Rosa.
Please RSVP to email@example.com if you plan to attend so we can make sure we have enough food and drinks for all.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
Ken Wells, Executive Director
