Greetings trail work volunteers -
Join the Sonoma County Trails Council, and Trione-Annadel volunteers,
REMBA, AMBG and others for the first after-fire trail maintenance day at
Trione-Annadel State Park on Saturday, November 18, from 9am to about
1pm. We will be doing winter prep on the 'open trails' in unburnt areas
of the park. Trail repairs in the burnt areas will be in the future.
Meet us at 9am at the south end of Channel Drive at the main Annadel
parking lot (Warren Richardson Trail). Look for the white SCTC tool
trailer. We will provide parking passes, tools and Clif bars with snacks
and beverages afterwards.
Bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working,
and wear long pants, boots or sturdy hiking shoes. Poison oak is present
so long sleeves are suggested.
We will shuttle workers from the parking area to the work sites at other
locations around the park.
No experience necessary - we have tools and trained crew leaders with
tasks for all strengths and sizes of volunteers.
In order to make sure we have enough tools and after-work beverages
please reply to email@example.com if you plan to attend.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
My apology for duplicate notices.
Ken Wells, Executive Director
Sonoma County Trails Council
