Greetings trail volunteers,
It's just around the corner, so RSVP now for the Sonoma County Trails Council's 2016 Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner at the Santa Rosa Scottish Rite Center on Hwy 12 in east Santa Rosa, at 6pm on Wednesday, November 16th.
You can't attend the Annual Meeting and Dinner unless you are a Trails Council Member*...
*Membership sign-up can be done through our website under the "Take Action" tab at: www.sonomacountytrailscouncil.org or you can join at the event on November 16th. Already a member? Renew now and we'll extend your membership a year.
The Dinner...this is a night that our members always look forward to; we'll have food, drink, the door prize drawing (with dozens of donated items), an ongoing slide show of last year's projects, a meet-and-greet of old and new friends, a brief annual report from Ken Wells, the Executive Director, and an election of our 2017 Board of Directors.
It's an exciting time to be a member of the Trails Council because we're growing in the number of trail work days, in partnerships, and in the scope of projects we're working on in our parks. As a Trails Council member, you will have the opportunity to vote on the Trails Council Board of Directors, the individuals that meet monthly to discuss and direct the Trails Council's course of action. If you are interested in serving on the Board, contact Ken Wells at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. The Election will be held at the Annual Sonoma County Trails Council General Membership Meeting and Dinner on November 16th, 2016.
Because we are anticipating a robust turnout, we have secured a new venue: the Santa Rosa Scottish Rite Center at 600 Acacia Lane (on Sonoma Hwy, in east Santa Rosa).
To avoid a wait at the front door, please purchase your membership on-line by Monday, November 14th. Please look for "Membership" under the "Take Action" tab: www.sonomacountytrailscouncil.org
We sincerely look forward to seeing you at our Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 16th at the Santa Rosa Scottish Rite Center at 600 Acacia Lane, on Sonoma Hwy/Hwy 12 in Santa Rosa.
Please RSVP to email@example.com if you plan to attend so we can make sure we have enough food and drink for all.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me:
