Join us for our monthly 3rd Saturday trail work day in Annadel State Park on Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 9:00 AM to around 1:00 PM. We are continuing two trail maintenance projects near the intersection of Live Oak and North Burma Trails. Bring your enthusiasm, and we will give you the opportunity to volunteer and learn about maintaining trails, and get dirty.
9:00 AM – Meet up. Because sometimes we change our location and work-site due to weather or other factors, please RSVP below so we can confirm the meet-up location for this work day.
- The plan is to park in Annadel State Park on Channel Drive at the North Burma Trail Head – look for the SCTC Tool Trailer.
- There is plenty of parking; please make sure your vehicle is completely off the pavement.
- We will provide a temporary parking pass if you do not have one.
- We provide gloves, tools, crew leaders,Clif Bars with beverages afterwards.
Bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working. Wear long pants, boots or sturdy hiking shoes, sunscreen and bug repellant (mosquitoes and ticks). Heavy rain cancels.
