Greetings trail work volunteers -
The next Sonoma County Trails Council 3rd Saturday volunteer work day to maintain the trails at Annadel State Park is Saturday, September 17, from 9am to about 1pm. We'll be working on North Burma Trail near the Louis Trail intersection.
Please meet us at 9am at the end of Channel Drive at the main Annadel parking lot (Warren Richardson Trail). Parking will be limited in the lot that day, so please carpool or park along Channel Drive, off the pavement. Look for the white SCTC tool trailer. We will provide parking passes, tools and Clif bars with snacks and beverages afterwards.
Bring gloves, a hat and water that you can take with you while working, and wear long pants, boots or sturdy shoes and sunscreen. Poison oak is present so long sleeves are suggested.
No experience necessary - we have tools and trained crew leaders with tasks for all strengths and sizes of volunteers.
In order to make sure we have enough tools and after-work beverages please reply to firstname.lastname@example.org if you plan to attend.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
Ken Wells, Executive Director
Sonoma County Trails Council
